Each driver registered in the Random Pool must have a DOT pre employment test on file prior to safety sensitive duties §382.301. Lab forms are supplied in the Start Package. Collection sites will be assigned near your zip code unless otherwise specified, and you will have access to thousands of locations nationally. Indicate if you want Program A, Program B, or Program C. You can also indicate if you have a Pre employment test on file in the comment section. If you no longer need to Participate in this program under 49 CFR Part 40, you must submit a written cancellation notice to the consortium.
